An evening honouring the summer, Scottish literature, food and togetherness. At long last!

MILK is throwing the first in hopefully a series of live production and food pairing events, showcasing seasonal fair and local arts.

The evening will be hosted by Ash Caton from literary podcast Ear Read This. Alongside 2 courses of deliciously vibrant food, Ash will be providing anecdotes and readings from Scottish food literature throughout the ages.

Spaces are limited so book quickly to avoid being disappointed. £30 per person

Lebanese spiced chicken skewer with tahini (gf)

Sesame & honey baked feta (gf)

Bake aubergine with tofu, beluga lentils and pomegranate molasses (vegan)


Spiced ginger cake with salted caramel poached pear (vegan)

Gin + elderberry Bakewell tart

Dark chocolate and hazelnut brownie with spiced orange cream (gf)
