The new 'grab and go' style Korean diner will open this Spring on Hanover Street in Edinburgh and will offer hearty street food inspired by the culture of Seoul. Bibimbap Edinburgh will open in the former Pakora Bar location at 96 Hanover Street and the venue is currently undergoing refurbishment.
