Noble Rot x The Palmerston in Edinburgh

London restaurant, wine bar and magazine Noble Rot is heading to Edinburgh this November for a one-off collaboration with The Palmerston, bringing together two highly regarded names in the UK food and wine scene for a special lunch and dinner service on Thursday 12 November.
Known for its food-led approach to wine, Noble Rot has restaurants in Soho and Mayfair alongside its eponymous magazine, and is taking its ‘On Tour: Cooking with Friends’ series to Edinburgh, joining forces with The Palmerston’s team for an afternoon and evening of food and wine.
Adam Wood, Head Chef at Noble Rot Mayfair, will join The Palmerston team to create a menu featuring some of Noble Rot’s signature dishes, including Comté Tart; Braised Turbot with Alsace Bacon and Oxidised Meursault; and Chartreuse Ice Cream.
Alongside the food, Noble Rot co-founder Dan Keeling will be pouring wines featured in his new book, Pick Your Bottles: 100 Wines to Change the Way You Drink, published just the week before on Thursday 5th November. Signed copies will also be available to purchase during the event.
Reservations for lunch and dinner are being taken directly through The Palmerston at hello@thepalmerstonedinburgh.co.uk
