A bold new culinary concept led by chef Jason Wright

Lost Shore Surf Resort — home to Europe’s largest inland wave pool — has officially unveiled Lost Food, its brand-new food and drink concept. For the first time, the resort is bringing dining in-house, with internationally renowned chef, restaurateur, and hospitality consultant Jason Wright at the helm as Head of Food and Beverage.

The Outlets

  • Lost Kitchen – all-day dining, soon to expand into a curated evening menu of shareable plates.

  • Lost Tacos – playful, fresh flavours inspired by street food.

  • Lost Deli – homemade salads and focaccia sandwiches baked daily.

  • Lost Market – opening soon, an onsite grocery stocked with artisan produce and branded Get Lost goods, available to take home or order direct to chalets and pods.

Chef’s Vision

Jason Wright commented:

“Lost Food is the culinary heartbeat of Lost Shore. From breakfast through dinner, we’re creating bold, fresh flavours with simple cooking, designed to fuel surfers, locals, and visitors alike. With exciting events and collaborations planned, we can’t wait to share this new hub with everyone.”

What’s Next

Phase Two launches in spring, when Lost Kitchen will debut its evening menu alongside Lost Tacos, complemented by a classic cocktail and wine list. Seasonal events and themed dining experiences are planned throughout 2026.
