Duck and Waffle launch set menu


Following its Grand Opening party earlier this month, Duck & Waffle Edinburgh has introduced a set menu available Monday to Friday from 11:30am to 5pm, and on Sundays from 5pm to 11pm. The set menu is priced at £23 for two courses, £28 for three courses.

Created under the direction of Culinary Director Daniel Barbosa and Executive Chef Lucia Gregusova highlights include Atlantic Prawn Roll with Marie Rose sauce, the signature Duck Burger - available exclusively as part of the Set Menu - and an all-new spin on the restaurant’s namesake dish: The ‘Wanna Be Duck & Waffle’ with crispy tempura hen of the wood’s mushroom, fried duck egg, mustard maple syrup and a buttermilk waffle.
