New fine dining restaurant, eòrna to open in Edinburgh

eòrna *, a new Edinburgh restaurant from two of Scotland’s brightest hospitality stars - chef Brian Grigor and sommelier Glen Montgomery will open at Hamilton Place in Stockbridge this spring. The pair have a wealth of experience gathered from some of Scotland’s finest restaurants including two Michelin star Restaurant Andrew Fairlie and working with Michel Roux Jnr. Brian retained the Michelin star at Edinburgh’s Number One for four years . Both will oversee all aspects of the restaurant and there will be no other chefs or front of house staff; the aim being to create a pared back, intimate, yet sophisticated dining experience. The focus of the restaurant is a 12-cover countertop “chefs table” overlooking the kitchen, with Brian and Glen cooking and hosting.
