Begin your evening with a welcome glass of Prosecco — a crisp, celebratory sip that sets the tone for the celestial experience ahead. Alongside, enjoy a Papad Basket & Chutney Set, a playful mix of poppadums paired with tangy, sweet, and spicy chutneys to awaken the palate.

Each starter is a tribute to India’s regional diversity, offering bold textures and aromatic flair:
Palak Patta Chaat – Crispy spinach leaves layered with pomegranate, savoury crunch, and a trio of sauces for a sweet-spicy-tangy burst.
