Le Petit Beefbar opens
Le Petit Beefbar will be opening in legacy hotel, InterContinental Edinburgh The George this June.
Taking up residency in the hotel’s grand dining room, Le Petit Beefbar will offer guests a modern-day approach to the traditional steakhouse - an elegant brasserie-style dining experience where guests can enjoy delicious, ethically-sourced produce in the heart of the city. Riccardo Giraudi, the founder behind Le Petit Beefbar comes from a family of pioneers in the European beef industry with the Giraudi group leading the import of hormone-free Black Angus beef from the United States and becoming the first importers of certified Japanese Kobe Beef into Europe in 2014.
Executive Chef Matthew Parker has worked alongside Group Executive Chef, Theirry Palmetto and Riccardo Giraudi to create a menu that pays homage to steakhouse classics as well as introducing new creations inspired by well loved global street-food flavours from Japan to Mexico including Kobe Beef Jamón and the Croque Sando, filled with dry-aged beef rib-eye prosciutto and mozzarella and served with Le Petit Beefbar’s signature sauce. Mains will further showcase the best quality beef, with Scottish dry aged T-bone and Miso Black Beef, a take on the famous black cod and dessert options that will include Le Petit’s cheesecake.
