Christophe grew up just 50 miles south of Beaune, so wine was always going to be a calling. After studying at the London School of Economics, almost his entire career has been in fine French wine. He is celebrating his 17th year with Drouhin.

Salt-baked celeriac with toasted hazelnut and lemon beurre blancs served with a glass of St. Veran

Scottish pheasant breast-leg croquette, parsnip purée, sprouts, Scottish brambles jus


  • Vegetarian option - beetroot pomme anna, parsnip purée, sprouts, king oyster mushroom

  • Apple and Marc sponge pudding, toffee apple crunch and apple ice cream
