Fiona Hamilton, Managing Director of The Biscuit Factory said:
“For the past 5 years The Biscuit Factory has been an incubator for small businesses and startups with many of these going on to become institutions of Edinburgh such as The Bearded Baker, Hemp Eyewear, Williams and Johnson, Lethal Hot Sauces, and Superoni. The same ethos drives the Biscuit Factory Beverage Festival and we are pleased to work with this exciting range of drinks producers from all over the UK and further afield, by showcasing them to the Edinburgh public on the 19th and 20th of April.”
The Biscuit Factory Beverage Festival will be hosted over three ticketed sessions on:
- Friday evening 19th of April starting at 18:00
- Saturday daytime 20th of April starting at 13:00
- Saturday evening 20th of April starting at 18:00
Drinks will be available to purchase directly from the producer and many of the exhibitors will
have bottles and cans for attendees to purchase as gifts or to enjoy at home.
