Just a short drive from Edinburgh, East Lothian is an area of rolling farmland, dramatic coastline and expansive golden beaches. It is coined ‘Scotland’s Food & Drink County’ as, due to the rich, once volcanic soils, much of the food produced in the region is grown or grazed here. And this excellent local produce inspires some brilliant local businesses.
