Just a short drive from Edinburgh, East Lothian is an area of rolling farmland, dramatic coastline and expansive golden beaches. It is coined ‘Scotland’s Food & Drink County’ as, due to the rich, once volcanic soils, much of the food produced in the region is grown or grazed here.
