As KORA by Tom Kitchin gets ready to celebrate one year since opening its doors, the team has announced a brand-new weekend brunch menu, launching tomorrow (Saturday 17 th June 2023), just in time for Father’s Day celebrations.
Doors will open from 11.00 am on Saturdays and Sundays, serving up the restaurant’s first-ever brunch menu, created by Chef Owner Tom Kitchin, Chef Director, Dominic Jack
and KORA Head Chef, James Chapman.
Dishes include:
Homemade Pancakes with Bacon & Maple Syrup or Seasonal Berries & Nutella (£9.50)
Omelette Arnold Bennett with Welch’s Smoked Haddock and Koffmann’s Skinny Fries (£16.00)
A vegan dish of Homemade Lentil Sausage, Avocado, Tomato Salsa, Koffmann’s
Skinny Fries (£12.50)
Bacon Chop, Pineapple Salsa, Fried Egg, Koffmann’s Skinny Fries (£16.50).
Reflecting the restaurant’s family-friendly ethos, the menu also showcases ‘Axel’s Cheese & Bacon Toastie’, served with Koffmann’smskinny fries and salad (£9.50) – a nod to Chef Owners Tom & Michaela Kitchin’s young son.
Guests can also match their brunch with our bar team’s handmade signature
cocktails from Bloody Marys to Mimosas, as well as a collection of fresh juices,
alongside an array of teas and house-blend coffees.

“It’s been truly special to see KORA brought to life over the past year - to see guests celebrating, relaxing, laughing and lounging with friends and family, sharing in a love of good food and drink. Guests have joined us for special celebrations, exclusive events, impromptu evenings and leisurely lunches and we’re really looking forward to introducing an earlier opening at weekends to allow even more guests to join us for brunch.
