Another drink popular the world over is eggnog and this is a very special one from

Puerto Rico known as Coquito.


In a blender blitz 4 egg yolks and a bottle of white rum for 1 minute. Slow the speed, add 2 cans of evaporated milk, 2 cans of condensed milk, 2 cans of coconut milk, a teaspoon of vanilla essence and blend from a further 2 minutes.


Chill for a few hours and serve in small liqueur glasses with a light dusting of ground cinnamon.
