Mrs Bite's Broccoli, Wild Garlic and Stilton Soup

This is a soup inspired by a walk in the countryside and by leftovers!


Serves 2
A bunch of wild garlic tugged from the ground
Some 'on its last legs' broccoli
Small chunk of stilton
An onion
Vegetable stock
Double cream
Butter and olive oil

Chop onion and saute in olive oil with a knob of butter
Wash and chop broccoli and wild garlic and chuck in saucepan. 
Add water and stock cube
Cook for a bit then liquidise
Return to hob and crumble in cheese - you don't need a lot - it's really up to you.
Turn off heat and add seasoning and double cream to taste.
