Cava - Campo Viejo
New Review

Campo Viejo has created some unusual Cava serving suggestions which include the likes of marshmallow, herbs, fruit and a bit of gold for good measure.
Some ideas to add even more celebratory sparkle to your bubbles.

Add a puff of white candy floss and a dot of edible gold to glasses of Cava Brut Reserva for a luxurious way to celebrate Hogmanay
Add two peach slices and a sprig of thyme for an aromatic take on your fizz this season
Take a sprig of rosemary and a handful of pomegranate seeds and add to flute glasses of Cava for a fresh and fruity celebration
Add fresh rose petals and a slice of thinly cut lemon to your Cava for a subtly sweet treat

What ideas do you have?
All these serving suggestions are made with Campo Viejo's Cava Brut Reserva (£11.60 from all major retailers): An elegant and well-balanced sparkling wine, perfect for celebrating all of life’s special moments. Campo Viejo has been producing this special wine for more than 20 years with carefully selected parcels of Xarello, Parellada and Macabeo grapes from the Penedès area, aged as a Brut Reserva for 18 months.

Flavour profile: Rich, fine and powerful aromas of fruit with rounded, soft hints of yeast
Round and delightful palate with sweet spots and final reminders of apple. Balanced, open and harmonious with a lingering finish
