By Sharon Wilson The Edinburgh Food Studio closed its doors June 1, five years since owners Ben and Sashana leased and renovated the space at 158 Dalkeith Road. Their agreement came up for renewal during COVID-19 which forced the couple to make the decision albeit with the promise of a return - in some way - at some point. Bite featured the couple in a front cover tribute to Anthony Bourdain in 2018, but this picture epitomises their commitment to excellent fresh produce. We look forward to their next project
