Scotland’s biggest cocktail festival, Edinburgh Cocktail Week, has revealed all 100 Signature Cocktails and its 2021 programme.
The festival takes place across two weeks, Monday 11th – Sunday 24th October. Wristbands are on sale now as are bookings for bespoke experiences which include:

Festivalgoers can enjoy signature cocktails for £4 each by showing their wristband. Cocktail creations include :
Voodoo Rooms (Cabal Colada - Cabal Rum, Passionfruit Puree, Pineapple Juice, Sugar Syrup and Lime, topped with Pimento Dram and Caramelised Passionfruit),
The Voyage of Buck (Lunar Delight - Hendrick's Lunar Gin, Rose & Lemongrass Cordial, Aquafaba and Lemon),
McGonagall's Gin & Whisky Emporium (Caramel Magnum Espresso Martini - Magnum Cream Liqueur, Greedy Fox Honeycomb & Caramel Rum and Coffee),
NQ64 (Plasma Blasta - Porters Tropical and Gamma Ray Sherbet, topped with Soda)
Black Fox (Dainty Voodoo Hoodoo - Bacardi Blanco Rum, Bacardi Spiced Rum, Bacardi Negra Rum, Grenadine, Pineapple Juice, Lychee Syrup and Lime).
In addition, this year’s festival will offer ‘Prestige Cocktails’ - a new, higher price tier of tipples to enjoy from six of Edinburgh's most celebrated and award-winning bars: Superico 99, Panda & Sons, Nightcap, Hey Palu, The Waldorf Astoria and Nauticus.
There will also be a new focus on No & Low cocktails, with many of the participating bars offering a no or low alcohol version of their Signature Cocktail to cater for all lifestyles.
Wristband holders can also visit the Cocktail Village at Festival Square for £4+ cocktails from over 20 pop-up bars alongside live music, DJs, street food and entertainment. Confirmed brands include: Hendrick’s Gin, Patron, Absolut, Pickering’s Gin, Havana Club, Eden Mill, Jägermeister, The London Essence Co, Edinburgh Gin, Kahlua, Johnnie Walker, Mixtons, The Glenlivet, Whitebox, Herringbone, Inspirited Gin, Cabal Rum, Highland Park, Smokehead, The Hive by Wemyss Malts and Bacchus.
