Buck & Birch – hand-delivering a taste of the wilderness for Father's Day

Updated: Jun 7, 2020

By Sharon Wilson

Buck & Birch have created a selection of limited edition bottled cocktails, inspired by nature, for this year’s celebrations. Each cocktail is individually bottled with the option to personalise with your own message on each bottle.

Cocktails can be purchased individually for £8 or as part of signature gift pack combining all three for £24. There is also the option to purchase an ‘Adventurer Pack’ containing all five cocktails (£40). All available to buy from their website

Rich, dark and fruity, The Aelder Sour combines gently warming, - elderberry liqueur; Aelder elixir, with whisky and citrus. Smooth as silk, casually complex and with a gentle whisky glow - it’s the perfect ‘dad-gestive’

The Amarosa Old Fashioned blends aromatic rosehip rum liqueur with dark rum and wild bitters, creating a delicious twist on this classic cocktail. Hints of juicy green apple, honey and herbs with a spiced vanilla and molasses finish, the perfect choice for the macho-man who, like the cocktail, is sophisticated, suave and smooth.

Last but by no means least, the caffeine-rich Espresso MartAna packs a powerful punch. Sweet, smooth and indulgent, Ana liqueur is combined with the finest birch vodka and coffee resulting in a delightfully sweet espresso martini laced with notes of butter caramel and toasted nuts. This one’s for the fathers who appreciate a little pep in their step with their liquor.

If you want to leave the joy of exploring Wilderness Refined entirely up to Dad – the Buck and Birch have also created a gift set containing miniature versions of each of their flagship products; Aelder Elixir, Amarosa Liqueur and Ana Liqueur (RRP £12.95). Inside each box, there will also be a voucher for £5 off the purchase of a large bottle of their favourite. Gift vouchers can also be purchased via their online store.
