Howies in the West End has been re-branded as Howies Cellar. The new Howies promises a sharing style menu, not unlike tapas but very, very Scottish!! Locally sourced products, including new beers and innovative dishes, and lethal martinis. Open from 9th October we think. 1a Alva At. 0131 225 5553.
