A series of twenty minute pre-booked, personalised martini cocktail consultations will be hosted by Oli Blackburn. Guests will guided through a series of surprising taste experiments where they will learn about the five elements of taste - sweet, sour, bitter, salty and umami - in order to discover which taste profile suits them best. The perfect martini cocktail to suit their taste will then be served for the guests to enjoy. Personalised cocktail recipes will be gifted to each guest as they depart.
