Banoffi Pie

50ml toffee/banana vodka  infusion

25ml banana liqueur

10ml baileys

3-4 slices of banana

Half a digestive

Large teaspoon of demerara sugar - caramelised

Method

Muddle the ingredients together and shake them. Then, double strain the mixture into a martini glass. Finally garnish with a few drops of cream and grated chocolate. Enjoy!
