Ingredients:
1 Tub of Castle MacLellan Luxury Orkney Crab Terrine
2 Spring Onions (thinly sliced)
¼ Cucumber (thinly sliced)
½ Red Pepper (thinly sliced)
Filo Pastry
Sesame Seeds
Method:
Combine all the ingredients, split mix into four.
Take a square of filo pastry. Place the filling towards one end, fold over the sides, approx 3cm roll.
Brush or spray with oil.
Oven cook for 15mins Gas Mark 6 200c/400F or deep fry/shallow fry until golden.
Drain on kitchen roll.
Sprinkle the top with toasted sesame seeds.
Serve with a sweet chilli dip
