What could possibly be better than spending your bank holiday indulging in gourmet food, sipping delicious drinks and dancing to a live band? Nothing, that’s what.
So, ladies and gents, dress up to the nines and make your merry way to the Forth Floor.
Start the night with a Gin + Elderflower Mojito on arrival, before tucking in to three seasonal courses, including baked sea trout, roasted lamb rump with all the trimmings and a Black Forest dessert, each with an expertly paired wine. Enjoy swing hits from the Loveboat Big Band, then dance the night away in the restaurant or on the terrace.
