Bite has poked its head through the door of what appears to be a new Catalan Tapas Bar set to open in Tollcross. It is in Borugham Place opposite Cloisters and Real Foods. When we intruded one evening work was very much 'in progress'. We were told however, that it was due to open within a few weeks. Looks like it may well be an interesting little bar.
