One of Scotland's most talented and renowned Pâtissier and Chocolatier's, Sebastian Kobelt has launched an online shop. 

Based in Linlithgow Sebastian presently sells from a boutique high street store but now he wants to let a wider audience taste his extraordinary products.

Sebastian learnt his trade in East Germany working for his grandfather as a teenager but when the wall came down he decided to travel and has worked for  a number of Michelin-starred restaurants incl. Kitchin and he supplies luxury hotels such as Waldorf Astoria and Gleneagles.

A clutch of awards include Chocolatier of the Year 2018 and Pâtissier of the Year in 2017 from the Scottish Food Awards. He also reached the finals of the World Chocolate Masters and is a German Chocolate Master. 

Golf-themed patisserie  were baked recently for the Scottish Open and featured here are those he made inspired by the World Cup.
