The BBC Good Food Show Glasgow opens today

The BBC Good Food Show Glasgow, now in its 10th year opens today until the 6th November. The Glasgow Show, sponsored by Lexus, will be a weekend celebration of regional flavours with top quality exhibitors from across the country, including those featured in the BBC Good Food Champions and the Regional Food Pavilion.

The Show will also feature pop-up restaurants, bringing one of the city's top restaurants along to the Show each day, giving visitors the opportunity to sample taster dishes. Plus, new this year, enjoy The Finnieston Pop-Up Boutique Bar featuring their signature menu with six specialist drinks at the Show every day.

Visitors can look forward to: 
The Supertheatre
The Supertheatre, sponsored by Aldi, will host a range of chefs and celebrities including Paul Hollywood, Tom Kerridge, John Torode and Michel Roux Jr, plus local chef Tom Kitchin. Visitors can watch delicious demonstrations live; take home the recipes in an exclusive Showguide and see the chefs using a selection of knives supplied by Zwilling. 
Pop-Up Restaurants

Those who appreciate fine cuisine and love dining out will be in their element at the Pop-Up Restaurants presented in association with the Glasgow Restaurant Association (GRA). The Finnieston Restaurant will be joining the Show on Friday, Saturday will feature Gamba and Sunday will present Porter & Rye. 

Interview Stage
Visitors have the opportunity to find out more from their cooking heroes and producers on the Interview Stage, sponsored by Lakeland, including their top tips and go-to ingredients. Afterwards, they can get the latest cook books signed by their favourites at the Book Shop, sponsored by WH Smith.

Shopping
Browse a great selection of stands selling top quality food, drink and accessories, from household brands to independent producers. Try and buy from local producers in the Regional Food Pavilion and visit The Producers' Village, a speciality food market packed with small artisan producers who pride themselves on the quality and provenance of their produce.
