Following on from last year's sell out event, Savour returns this Summer to bring you an afternoon of edible entertainment:

Savour Festival is the ultimate foodie fair celebrating the best and most innovative artisan produce, restaurants, boutique bars, craft brewers, local distillers and purveyors of puddings. 

Savour wants to offer more than delicious nibbles and aims to excite and entertain the audience for the whole afternoon. So alongside the fabulous exhibitors there will be expert talks packed with gourmet inspiration, from brewing the perfect beer to the perfect cuppa and even how to mix a cheeky cocktail, we have something for all appetites! 
Savour is also turning a biology lab into a wine lab. presenting bespoke wine tasting journeys from the Wine Tube Map team.. 

Get ready to taste the crème de la crème of Scotland's food and drink. 

The Main Room 
Hammond Charcuterie: Scottish Charcuterie by Scotland's only female butcher and one half of the Porky Quines 
One Square Bar:  Alessandro is the Gin Concierge bringing premium G & T's made with One Square Gin and a bespoke Savour cocktail. 
Bistro Provence:  Flavours from 'Le Midi' and a gorgeous 'Amelie-style' épicerie that is certain to inspire and delight! 
La Garrigue: Food and Wine from the Langudeoc-Rousillon by top chef Jean Michel Gauffre 
The Edinburgh Larder Bistro: Dishing up a rather special selection of delicious delights from local and foraged food. 
Calistoga and Sideways Wine Store: A selection of canapes and wines from the 'Sunshine State'. Napa in Edinburgh.
Bonny Vita Truffles: The fabulous Francesco Loretucci brings a selection of products from above and below the ground in the land surrounding his home region of Norcia.
Bacco Wines: Valerio Lococo brings a selection of luscious Italian Wines from his home region of Tuscany and a fantastic selection of wines from throughout Italy.
Red Squirrel No Nut Gingernut Liqueur: Bruce Borthwick introduces this local and fabulous liqueur. Not only is this a fiery, nutty, rather tasty little number, but also a donation from every bottle goes towards protecting red squirrels! 
Woodlea Stables:  Fresh from Fife this organic bakery will be serving a variety of loaves and pastries.
La Petite Mort: Expect canapes and cocktails from Edinburgh's newest and best named restaurant. Guaranteed to leave you dying for more. 
Yo! Sushi: Tasty Japanese food presented in a colourful and fun way. 
Monboddo Bar:  from Doubletree Hilton will be serving up cocktails and cocktail-inspired cupcakes!

The Wine Lab
The WineTubeMap in collaboration with Vino Wines: The fabulous Nikki will take you on a sensory journey through a selection of wines!  
The Drinks Yard
MacSween's Haggis: Family owned company serving their brand new haggis and beef burgers 
Pickerings Gin: Handcrafted at Summerhall Distillery the first gin distillery to be established in Edinburgh for over 150 years. Serving an original and bespoke 'Savour         Cocktail' 
Barney's Beer: Brewed on the site of the original 1700s Summerhall brewery, Barney's brings you some of Edinburgh's tastiest ales. 
Thistly Cross Cider - A cider shed in the Drinks Yard.

The Pudding Hall 
Cagliari Caffee:  Sardinian brand of coffee that is new to Edinburgh. Exclusive and first being sampled at Savour first! 
Affogato: Gelato and Coffee! An Italian dessert  consisting of vanilla gelato topped with a shot of espresso coffee. There may be Valrhona chocolate too if we talk to them nicely 
eteaket:  A fine selection of loose leaf teas from Edinburgh's leaf tea experts, from their very own premium tea emporium! 
Zotter chocolate - Seriously good chocolate from bean to bar. 
Zukr Boutique - Handmade confectionary including galaxy themed teacakes, brownies, chocolate and marshmallows.
Travelling Teapot - Gluten and gluten-free traditional home-baking including real custard creams!
Family Room 
Take the load off whilst the Edinburgh Larder Bistro offer  lollipops, jelly and ice cream. Kids go Free under 12 with an adult. 

The Lecture Theatre
A series of talks throughout the afternoon.
